Sunday 6.45 – 10pm Welcome Event
Join us for an evening of lively entertainment as a Ceilidh band fills the room with toe-tapping, foot-stomping tunes that are guaranteed to get you on the dance floor. The bar opens at 6:45pm, giving you plenty of time to grab a drink and network before the Ceilidh kicks off shortly at 7:15pm.
After you’ve worked up an appetite learning the dances, a range of delicious street food will be served at 8:00pm, followed by more music, laughter, and Ceilidh dancing. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner, this is an event not to be missed! Great food, great company, and a great night await!

Start the day off with an invigorating Wellness Walk. Enjoy the beautiful grounds, meet new people and have fun. Walk at a pace that suits you. Meet at the entrance of ICC, Wales at 7.45am. Wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear.
Come along, get moving, and set yourself up for a positive and productive day!

Join us for a sparkling night of entertainment, fine dining, and great company at the BSACI Gala Dinner!
Your ticket includes:
- A delicious three-course meal
- A fun quiz with prizes for the top 3 winning teams!
