The preferred method of payment for registration is via credit/debit card. If you are not able to pay by card and you require your registration fee to be paid by your employer, please only register once the purchase order is in place and you have the PO number with you to add to your booking. Thank you for your co-operation.

Registration fees for the BSACI 2025 Annual Conference

Registration fees include the following:

  • Admission to all sessions
  • Admission to exhibition
  • All meeting materials
  • Tea, coffee and lunch on each day of the meeting
  • Certificate of attendance
  • VAT at 20%

EACCME® accreditation

By attending the BSACI Annual Conference you will be able to obtain European CME credits (EACCME®) which are recognised in European countries, the USA and Canada. By handing in your EACCME® certificate to your National Accreditation Authority, the credits will automatically be recognised and converted into national credits. UK conference attendees can claim 1 CME point as 1 CPD point by recording their CPD in their ePortfolio.

1. To qualify members must be under 35 years old or any non-clinician within five years of their last higher degree (eg PhD, MSc) or any clinical trainee in allergy or clinical immunology or a related clinical specialty

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Medivents Meeting Secretariat at bsaci@medivents.co.uk

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Monday 1st September 2025 with a refund as follows:

  • Cancellation received in writing by Medivents by 7th July 2025: Full refund (less £35 administration fee)
  • Cancellation received in writing by Medivents from 7th July – 1st September 2025: 50% refund (or 50% payment to be made to Medivents if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
  • Cancellation received in writing by Medivents after 1st September 2025: No refunds will be given (or 100% payment to be made to Medivents if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
