Welcome Reception – Thursday 3rd October 2024

Join us for the Welcome Reception on the first evening of the Conference at the Harrogate Conference Centre. It will be a chance to mingle and enjoy one complimentary drink and nibbles with colleagues, and, if you wish, take advantage of our cash bar before your evening dinner plans

5k Fun Run – Friday 4th October 2024

Calling all keen runners! Take in the sights by joining us for our annual 5K fun run around this pretty spa town! Sign up either during the registration process or on site at the BSACI registration desk. Tickets are £10. See the detailed map and step by step guide to the route below.
BSACI Gala Dinner – Friday 4th October 2024

Tickets for the Gala dinner this year are sold out, therefore delegates wishing to attend the dinner can leave their name on the waiting list at the conference centre reception.
Join us at the Gala Dinner and enjoy an evening of entertainment with friends. Tickets priced at £60 include a welcome drinks reception, 3 course seated dinner and entertainment. Tickets should be booked at the time of registration.
