Welcome Reception – Thursday 16th October 2025

Join us for the Welcome Reception on the first evening in the conference centre. It will be a chance to mingle and enjoy the first evening of the conference with colleagues.
Tickets: £TBC per person
(Ticket price includes 3 street-food inspired dishes and dessert. There will be a cash bar operating all evening)
BSACI Gala Dinner – Friday 17th October 2025
20:00 – 23:00
Join us at the Gala Dinner and enjoy an evening of entertainment with friends. Seating is unassigned so you will have plenty of opportunities to network. Tickets should be booked at the time of registration and cost £60 for delegates and £40 for Junior Members.

5k Fun Run – Friday 17th October 2025

Take in the sights of the beautiful surroundings and join us for our popular 5K Fun Run! Or you can walk the route if you prefer. Sign up either during the registration process or on-site at the BSACI registration desk. Tickets are £10 and include a BSACI branded t-shirt.
