ICC Wales is a state-of-the-art, dynamic, and inspiring space to think and network. There is complimentary delegate WiFi, catering dedicated to mind, body, and soul philosophy, wellbeing spaces, and hydration stations.  The ICC is a bright and airy award-winning venue that will facilitate learning and conversation.

Location

By car

ICC Wales is conveniently located just off Junction 24 of the M4 motorway, offering excellent accessibility for delegates.

By train

Newport Station is a key transport hub, with direct rail connections to major cities, including a swift 93-minute journey from London. Once you arrive in Newport, ICC Wales is just a short 12-minute drive away, providing a seamless transition from train to venue.

BSACI are putting on coaches from the train station to the ICC Wales (conference venue) on the first and last day of the event. There will also be coaches from the Welcome Event back to hotels on Thursday evening and coaches to and from the Gala Dinner on the Friday evening.

  • Pick up points will be from outside the hotel main entrances and outside the main entrance to the ICC
  • 1 x 53 seater coach will be available for each journey except;
  • *2 x 53 seat coaches will be available at 13:45 and 14:00
  • Seats are not pre bookable and operate on a first come first served basis

The location provides access to over 1,000 nearby hotel rooms, allowing you to focus on the conference and explore the beautiful surrounding area during your visit. There are a number of accommodation options on the resort and BSACI have negotiated special rates with the following hotels:

  • Ty Magor – (just off junction 23A of the M4, 5 miles from Celtic Manor)

Parking

Accessibility

The venue is fully accessible with step-free access, including access to the Auditorium stage with removable seats in the Auditorium to house up to 32 wheelchairs. Digital signage provides sustainable and read easy-to-read signage throughout the venue and there are hearing loops.

The venue provides delegates comfort with a dedicated quiet space, a multi-faith room and outdoor ponder pods. Delegates can take time out and relax in the Living Lounge. With real plants growing along the wall, this green haven is designed to allow the outside in.

Sustainability

ICC has achieved sustainability awards including The Green Key International and Green Dragon Environmental Standard. They were the first venue in the UK to be awarded the Green Key International Accreditation.
